It was way too long since I talked to Kris Wilder and I'm happy to say he accepted my invitation to interview him right away. We had an amazing talk covering a wide range of topics relevant to martial arts, self-defense, karate, and much more. We continued to record a second part in which Kris answers the questions from my Patrons.
